My flat is filling up nicely with banners, stickers and raffle prizes from the VERY kind event sponsors.
Without these sponsors this event would not be able to go ahead so once again I offer my sincerest thanks to all the companies/manuafactuers/distributors who have sponsored this event!
The heat listing will be posted VERY soon, hopefully this evening infact. It will be posted here, UK-MicroRC, oOple and sent out via email so hopefully everyone sees it.
The same will go for the “final instructions” which will be released over the next day or so.
Basically..doors will open at 7:30am, booking in closes at 8:10am, you will need to bring a table and a cup (for the free tea and coffee!), there will be a raffle on the day and there is hot food available from the venue itself so bring your wallets 
Entry applications for the UKMicroX 2010 event close on Saturday 24th July so get your entry applications in soon!!
Started receiving raffle prizes from some of the event sponsors, Dremel and Schumacher so far with more parcels en route!
We have had 68 individual entries so far from the event which is great!!
Dremel have just signed on as an event sponsor by donating some great raffle prizes!

Sorry for the lack of updates but I had a few things that got in the way of posting.
Normal service has been resumed though
Much More Racing UK have signed on board as an Event Sponsor, and Kris Kennedy (yes..the legend that is Kris Kennedy!) has agreed to come along and MC the event! Result!
Anyone who attended the UK Micro Challenge 3 event will remember Kris’ brilliant commentary…I cant wait!

To date this is the map of all entrants from the UKMicroX, plus Susumu who lives in Japan 
Quite interesting to see where people are coming from, their groupings and where potentially the National Series will take us.

Woohoo!
Im really happy to havbe received an email today from RRCi HQ today letting me know that they will be sponsoring the trophies for the UKMicroX 2010 event, as well as offering subscriptions and afew other bits and bobs for the raffle!!
A huge thanks to RRCi (old and new) who have been supporting this forum, my events and the National Series since day 1!

Ive decided to open up a Team Event for the UKMicroX 2010, with prizes of chocolates being supplied by the UK-MicroRC forum
I can think of atleast 9 teams that could enter;
- Essex Boys,
- Wycombe Club,
- WORM Club,
- Welsh people,
- Team oOple,
- Hereford Club,
- Scousers,
- Team CML,
- Team EXOTEK
- ???
Entries are totally free once again, thanks to all the amazing sponsors of this event!!
Basic team event rules are as follows:
- 4 drivers per team, best 3 scores to count.
- 1 driver per class per team (Joe Bloggs cannot select 2 classes within 1 team)
- Drivers score points for each final, so 1st in A scores 1 point as does 1st in the D etc.
- Teams can consist of drivers from any class.
- Prizes will be chocolates
How To Enter
Email your team name, 4 drivers names and the classes that they wish to use for their scores to cris.oxley@gmail.com
Put “UKMicroX Team Entry” in the subject..just to make my life easier
